Dr. Jennifer Lavin

Doctor of Physical Therapy & Instructor

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Bradly University and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She currently holds a Manual Therapy Certification for Spine, Pelvis and Extremities (MTC), as well as certifications in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy with Dry Needling (CMTPT), Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specalist (PCES), Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga (E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP), and Pilates for Rehabilitation (NCPT).

Trained as a Pelvic and Obstetric Physical Therapists, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) Practitioner, and Vestibular Specialist. Jennifer continues her passion for learning by currently working toward APTA's Academy of Pelvic Health Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy/Postpartum Physical Therapy-OB and Pelvic Health.

Jennifer truly believes in the power of one-on-one engagement and personalized intervention, which is why she uses a variety of techniques for prevention, healing and maintenance.  She recognizes individuals’ goals and provides the appropriate care to help those who seek to live their best life!
