Health is multifaceted. It requires education, commitment and self empowerment. Owning your health and becoming an active participant in your life can open more capabilities than your mind and body currently thinks is possible. When you learn to let go of your self-limitations, you’ll learn what true acceptance, confidence and happiness really is.
